Please read and follow these rules carefully to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all users. These guidelines apply to both indoor and outdoor setups.

✅ General Rules (All Setups)

• Adult supervision is required at all times.
• Suitable for children only – no adults allowed unless specified.
• Remove shoes, glasses, jewellery, and any sharp objects before use.
• Do not allow food, drinks, chewing gum, or sweets on the castle.
• No face paint, glitter, or party poppers – they can damage the castle.
• No climbing, hanging, or sitting on the walls or roof of the castle.
• Do not exceed the maximum number of users allowed (based on age/size).
• Do not allow rough play, flips, somersaults, or pushing.
• In case of bad weather (strong winds or rain), stop use immediately and deflate the castle.
• We may have to cancel bookings due to poor weather and wind conditions for safety reasons.

🏠 Indoor Use Rules

• The castle must be secured with sandbags provided.
• Ensure there is sufficient ceiling height clearance.
• Keep the area clear of obstacles and ensure good lighting.
• Avoid setting up near fire exits or other emergency access points.

🌿 Outdoor Use Rules (Grass Only)

• Must be set up on level grass only – no hard surfaces like concrete or decking.
• The castle must be securely staked into the ground using metal pegs.
• The setup area must be free of sharp objects, stones, animal waste, or debris.
• Do not use the castle in high winds (over 24mph) or heavy rain.
• If the ground is waterlogged or unsuitable, we may need to cancel or reschedule for safety reasons.
