Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

To secure your booking, we require a deposit:

• Standard Hire: £50 deposit

• Marquee Hire: £250 deposit

The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to delivery.

Cancellations:

• Deposit: Non-refundable in all cases.

• 28 days before the hire: 50% of the total hire cost is due.

• 14 days before the hire: 100% of the total hire cost is due.

Please note that this policy is necessary because we hold stock specifically for each individual booking.

Additional Security Deposit:
In some cases, we may require a security deposit in addition to the hire deposit. This will be agreed at the time of booking and refunded after the hire period, subject to the condition of the equipment.

Force Majeure:

Bybrook will make all reasonable endeavours to fulfil every contract, but the company cannot be held liable for variation or non-completion of orders due to act of god, fire, flood, storms, gale or any civil disturbances. We recommend wedding insurance to cover for these types of circumstances.
