The best and most efficient way to receive a quote is to send us an enquiry through the website or direct email to with the following information:

  • Contact Name
  • Contact Mobile number
  • Full address including post code
  • Event dates and please include when you require delivery and collection if you can. (If your event is on a Saturday we would deliver Friday, Collect Monday within the standard hire price. Anything out of these hours would be an additional fee)
  • All hire items you require.

Once this information has been received, we can quickly check availability and get a quote sent to you as soon as we can but during busier periods within 24 hours.

We have lots of different chairs available to hire suitable for indoor and outdoor events. Please see our chair hire section of the website for all prices and photos.

Marquees vary with each customer’s needs but generally we will set marquees up two days prior to your event to give you time for internal arrangements and decoration. Furniture and additional equipment are normally delivered at the same time. We aim to be very flexible to fit in with your arrangements if the function is to be held at a venue.

5ft round table – 8 guests

We ask for a £50 deposit to secure the equipment that you would like for the date of your event. We always aim to be as flexible as possible with any changes that you would like to make between paying the deposit and the wedding and understand that guest numbers and finer details can change over this period. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event.

Marquee deposits are slightly more, we ask for £250 deposit and the balance and all final changes to be made 2 weeks prior to set up date.
